The performance dates are June 3 & 4, 2012.
First tuition payment and $15.00 registration fee must be paid
at the time
of registration, by mail or at Open House. There is a 5% discount
if you
pay the full school year tuition at registration time.

CLASS PLACEMENT FOR
NEW STUDENTS
There will be a Free Placement Class on Tuesday, August 23, 2011
for New Pupils with prior training. (Student Division Only).
PLEASE call the office and make a reservation.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We are the home of the regional performing company Syracuse City
Ballet, Inc. We will be participating in the company’s productions
of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Dec 2, 3 & 4, 2011 in the John. H. Mulroy Civic Center. Many of our students
will have an opportunity to audition for this production and possibly
perform with the company in this classical ballet. The auditions
will be here in our studios, Saturday, September 17 and Sunday,
September 18, 2011. Check the bulletin board for further information
as to when your age group will be auditioning. Questions, please call Mrs. Abbey 677-3688.
We will also be participating in the company's productions of Prokofiev's Cinderella February 3 and 4, 2012 in the John. H. Mulroy Civic Center. SCHOOL POLICIES
MISSED CLASSES:
must be made up in the same quarter they are missed. There are
no refunds for missed classes.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be announced on
WSYR radio and Channel 9 TV. Classes may be made up during the
current school year. There are no refunds for cancelled classes.
WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL:
TUITION is refunded only when there is a MEDICAL reason and a
DOCTOR’S CERTIFICATE. If you choose not to continue, PLEASE
notify the offi ce of your withdrawal BEFORE the beginning of
the next quarter or you will be liable for that quarter.
ATTENDANCE:
REGULAR and ON-TIME ATTENDANCE is very important. If a student
missed FOUR classes or more in a quarter without making up he/she
may be dropped to a lower level until makeups are completed. If
a student missed more than four classes during the third &
fourth quarter the instructor will decide if a student WILL perform
and in what capacity in the June performances.
NO: GUM, FOOD, JEWELRY, SHIRTS, SWEATPANTS or T-SHIRTS
ALLOWED in class. TIGHTS - NO RUNS, HOLES or CUT-OFF TIGHTS.
