Fallon Gannon, originally from Rome, NY began her training with Stephen and Canan Jackson at John Hayes O’Neill Studio of Dance and Delia Foley, A.R.A.D., at Ballet Arts. She supplemented her training during the summers at: Boston Ballet, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Orlando Ballet and at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School’s year-round Pre-Professional Division, directed by Marjorie Grundvig and Dennis Marshall.
Fallon was awarded a Presidential Scholarship to attend University of the Arts, where she graduated with a BFA in Ballet Performance with Honors. During her time at UArts, she studied under renowned faculty and performed in many classical and contemporary works, including studying the Forsythe technique under Douglas Becker. Fallon completed her certification in Gyrokinesis© Level 1 with the guidance of Jennifer Binford Johnson under Master Trainer, Miriam Barbosa.
Fallon has performed with: BalletFleming, originating many roles in Christopher Fleming’s Rock Ballets; Arch Contemporary Ballet, performing at the off-Broadway Davenport Theatre in NYC; Albany Berkshire Ballet’s Nutcracker tours; Dance Del Bello; Wilmington Ballet; and many dance festivals in Philadelphia and New York City.
For over a decade, Fallon has worked as a dance educator in the Philadelphia community, serving on faculty at Philadelphia Dance Academy and as Ballet Mistress at the Creative and Performing Arts High School of Philadelphia. She contributed significantly to RockReach, The Rock School’s educational outreach program in the Philly public schools working as both a Teaching Artist and administratively. Fallon also taught at University of Pennsylvania and guest taught at many schools in the Tri-State area.
Currently based in the CNY region, Fallon teaches locally and serves remotely as the Communications Coordinator for Dance Collaborative. Fallon recently completed her Master’s in Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in December 2024.
